Barbeque Rub

This is so delicious you will want to keep a very large jar of it in your spice rack!

Serves: 3/4 cup                    Calories: 67 (1/3 cup serving)

  • 1/4 cup Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Parsley Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Mix it all together & store in an air tight container. Makes about 3/4 cup

Sprinkle over beef, pork or fish. Let stand for 30 minutes before cooking, or for the best flavour, chill for 4 hours before cooking
