Taco Salad Bowls

I recently bought some ‘Perfect Tortilla’ pans from Bed Bath & Beyond, which makes taco salad so much more fun. There are so many uses for these baked tortillas & so many ways to make them without these special pans. Pinterest has lots of ideas of fillings & ways to make them

The kids think they are so much fun & they are really easy to do. At 400°F/200°C/Gas Mark 6 they only take about 10 minutes before they are ready

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion – chopped
  • 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning (check for gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 can Kidney Beans – drained & rinsed
  • 1 can Navy Beans – drained
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes

In a large skillet, over medium heat, dry fry the beef & onions until the beef is cooked & the onions are soft

Stir in the taco seasoning, both lots of beans & the tomatoes & cook through
