Cucumber Raita

This is a really great accompaniment to poppadums, naan bread & curry.

  • 1 cup Plain non-fat Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber – grated
  • 1 tbsp  Fresh Mint Leaves – minced
  • 1 clove Garlic – minced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Combine, cover & refrigerate until use
