Barbeque Seasoned Pork Chops

This sounds so simple, but I made the seasoning myself. It was very delicious, & work making the barbeque rub than buying one! Try it out, it is really simple

  • 1/4 cup Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Parsley Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Mix it all together & store in an air tight container. Makes about 3/4 cup

Sprinkle over beef, pork or fish. Let stand for 30 minutes before cooking, or for the best flavour, chill for 4 hours before cooking

Pan fry seasoned pork chops on a medium heat until cooked through. Serve with roast potatoes & mixed vegetables
