I tried these out last night to see how they would go for our Christmas Dinner…….they were a hit & I don’t even like carrots!!!!
- 12-16 Carrots – peeled (I actually used the baby carrots already prepared)
- 4 tbsp Salted Butter
- 2 tbsp Runny Honey
Cooke carrots in boiling water until just tender, about 7-9 minutes. Drain, refesh under cold running water, & drain well
Heat the butter in a large skillet
Add the carrots, season with salt & pepper & drizzle the honey over. Toss well to coat
Saute until the carrots are well glazed & serve immediately
