This recipe is a childhood favourite. We used to make them often, especially at Christmas & Easter!
- 50g Butter
- 4 tbsp Golden Syrup
- 100g Milk Chocolate
- 75g Cornflakes
Gently melt the butter, syrup & chocolate in a small, heavy pan
Stir in the cornflakes until coated in the chocolate mixture
Place spoonfuls of the mixture in paper cases & leave to set in the refrigerator
