Not an original, traditional stroganoff, but my easy & delicious spin on a classic dish.
- 1lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion – chopped
- 8-10 Mushrooms – sliced
- 2 cans Consdensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
In a skillet, dry fry the beef, onion and mushrooms until beef is cooked & the vegetables are soft. Drain & return to the heat
Add the mushroom soup and simmer for 30 minutes
Serve on a bed of rice
