This is a recipe that my Mum gave me, I believe she got it from a Korean friend. I love this as I love seafood! It is great as a snack or an appetizer & very quick & easy to make
- 2 Crab Sticks – sliced
- 2 Spring Onions – sliced
- 20 Salad Shrimp
- 1 Egg
Beat the egg & add the remaining ingredients to the mixture
On a medium heat, cook spoonfuls of the mixture in a frying pan until the egg is cooked
Serve & enjoy!
