I made English pancakes for brunch yesterday which we had with Nutella, Bananas & Ice Cream. They were so delicious, & my son loves it when I toss the pancakes, it makes him want to eat more so I can toss more!
- 8 oz Plain Flour – seived
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Ltr Milk
Mix the batter together until smooth
Pour into a hot frying pan enough batter to make a thin layer
Cook each side until golden brown
Serve with toppings of your choice. Some of my favourite toppings are Sugar & Lemon Juice or Maple Syrup & Ice Cream or Fruit & Whipped Cream!
